The company is not liable for misuse or use for unintended purposes.

لا نتحمل مسؤولية أعطال التركيب غير الصحيح أو انقطاع التيار.
We are not responsible for faults due to incorrect installation or power outages.

إخلاء مسؤولية عن فشل الاتصال بالتطبيق بسبب الهاتف أو الإنترنت.
We disclaim liability for app connection failures caused by the phone or internet.

أولاً: الاسترجاع
Returns

خلال 7 أيام (تلف، خلل مصنعي، خطأ).
Within 7 days (damage, manufacturing defect, or error).

يجب توفر التغليف والحالة الأصلية.
Original packaging and condition must be provided.

الاسترداد خلال 5-10 أيام عمل.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Within 7 days in the same original condition.

نتحمل تكاليف الشحن في حالة الخلل المصنعي.
We cover shipping costs in case of a manufacturing defect.
